Hedging Portfolio

A hedging portfolio is an investment strategy designed to reduce or offset potential losses in another portfolio or asset position. Hedging involves using financial instruments, such as derivatives (options, futures, swaps), or other assets, to protect an investment from adverse price movements. The goal is not necessarily to make a profit from the hedge itself, but to limit risk.
